The Requirements and Terms for Returning any Product.
The original purchase invoice must be attached.
Returns within 3 days from the date of the invoice, and a replacement within 7 days
To be packaged in the original cover.
Personal care equipment is not allowed to be replaced or returned.
• To return a product, you must go to the return procedures in your Account, fill the form with your information with the order number, choose the products you want to return, and then file a return request for them.
• Please fill the products in their original packaging and sealed.
• It may take 10 to 30 working days for the shipping company that we use its services to receive the returns, and then the company will deliver you a receipt.
• We will check the returns and refund the payment to your bank account within 7 to 14 days.
